By displaying both sets of player-seasons together, we can observe how the entire distribution of player performances shifted upward along with the introduction of Statcast in 2015. Rather than isolated outliers driving the change, the league median and upper quantiles across all 30 teams moved in unison toward higher strikeout totals and harder exit velocities.
